Shoreline Cleanups
In collaboration with volunteers from Odaqua, members of our team head to Sunset Beach. We pick up tons of litter until the shoreline is as clear as the translucent waters.
Sandwich & Care package RUns
Gardenbank members and volunteers make and distribute sandwiches, water, and other personal care items to individuals affected by homelessness in the Downtown Eastside.
Canned FOod Drives
In response to the depletion of local food banks resources during the COVID-19 pandemic, members of our team collected and donated non-perishable food items with a unique no-physical contact method to food banks across the Lower Mainland.
Plant Donations
Members of our team donate mini-succulents along with hand-written cards with messages of hope to long-term care homes across the Lower Mainland.
Elementary School workshops
Gardenbank members and volunteers go to elementary schools across the Lower Mainland and educate students on climate change, the importance of sustainability, and Indigenous planting techniques.
